Character Name: Vladistorm
Class: Paladin
Armory Link: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.x...p;cn=Vladistorm
Raid Spec: Protection is my Main, my OS is Ret

Did you read the “Applicants read this first” thread? Yes

What is your availability? We raid Wednesday and Thursdays from 7:00 - 10:00 MST. I have no issue being there at that time or days.

List your computer specifications (CPU, RAM, Graphics Card) what is your average latency? I have a Mac Pro 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon with 8 Gigs of ram and dual ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 20-43 ms Latency

Ventrilo and Headset? Have you figured out “push to talk?” Yes, and I even dont have the push button sound on wink.gif

What is your raiding experience? Raided both pre-bc/bc and Uldar/TOC/TOGC. Done several "wings" in ICC but have not downed PP, Sind. or Blood Princess do to the groups I am with . This is also a new server to me.

What is your PvP experience (Highest Rank, etc.)? I have not done arena since season 4 so probably pretty rusty.

What previous guilds have you been a part of? Why did you leave? What guild are you in right now? Cross-Server Applicants - What server are you from and why are you looking to transfer servers? I joined a guild that claimed to be downing 10 man content in ICC, however, upon joining they asked me to lead the raids and didn't get past PP. I am therefore looking to join a different guild that is downing content.

Other than your current raid spec, what other specs do you know how to play?
Ret is my OS.

Will you respec if the guild asks you to? If its in the Prot/Ret line to respec sure. I can't heal to save my own life.

Do you have raiding experience with any other classes or specs? Yes but not in ICC. Shaman/DK.

Why do you want to join The Driven? I have a friend Faunas that speaks highly of this guild.

What's your name and your age? Thomas Polliard, 37

What time zone do you live in? EST

What do you do for a living? What do you do for fun? I am a Unix Systems Administrator.

Do you know anyone in the Driven? Faunas

Anything else you'd like for us to consider? No

Thanks for considering me.

Your gear is fine for tanking 25 icc, prob not for hm though. Faunas told me last night you were a holy pally, which would have been perfect. We currently have no need for a ret/prot paladin in our main raids. If you wish to join as a casual to play with faunas and the rest of the guild, start some icc 10's hm's even that would be fine. But it seems to me your looking to raid 25. Either way post back here what you decide.

Thanks for your reply. Just out of curiosity, does that mean that there is currently no way to get in on nights we are short on 25 man as say DPS? I was just wondering if I would be completely out on 25 man ICC's. Thanks.

More than likely you would not get in due to our high attendance of melee. We mostly need ranged/heals atm.
