What is your availability? We raid Wednesday and Thursdays from 7:00 - 10:00 MST. I'm available most of that day, especially Wed/Thurs 7:00-10:00

List your computer specifications (CPU, RAM, Graphics Card) what is your average latency? Quad core, 4g of RAM, 2 8600 NVIDIA GeForce GT Latency= 100-175(Because i live far away from the server) i never DC

Ventrilo and Headset? Have you figured out “push to talk?” I had my own ventrilo server before i'm quite familiar with it

What is your raiding experience? I was in a guild that ran ICC every week and i watch alot of ICC guides on how to kill bosses, i'm a quick learner

What is your PvP experience (Highest Rank, etc.)? I PvP alot have key bindings and I haven't got a high rank in Wrath, but in BC i was to 2k rating

What previous guilds have you been a part of? Why did you leave? What guild are you in right now? Cross-Server Applicants - What server are you from and why are you looking to transfer servers? My last guild was very small and just wasn't getting far as i wanted to. I transfered servers because most of my Real life friends play this server, and i'm looking for a good dedicated guild that i would enjoy to be part of.

Other than your current raid spec, what other specs do you know how to play? Frost for PvP and maybe a little fire >:)

Will you respec if the guild asks you to? Sure, but i'm pretty sure Arcane is the way to go

Do you have raiding experience with any other classes or specs? Yes i lvling a resto shammy and i'm pretty good healer. But that till i get him to 80

Why do you want to join The Driven? I want to join a dedicated guild that raids frequently and help me gear.

What do you do for a living? What do you do for fun? I have a part-time job at Safeway ^^ get off around 12:00 my time.

Anything else you'd like for us to consider? I am pretty Dedicated and rly good for my class. I've been playing this game for a very long time, before TBC and you like to be apart of this guild.

Not too sure if I'll get yelled at for asking but I'm going too anyway.

1) You gems are kinda odd for arcane; Int, Haste / spirit, spell / stam, & your meta. Why did you gem like that?

2) How long have you been playing your mage again for? I see that it looks as if you took a break from the game and or was playing another toon for some time till now.

Nope, you are exactly right calliopy. His gemming is terrible, i didnt even bother checking your talents. You need to spend some time studying your class. We raid ICC 25 Hm's, your gear and experience puts you in the ICC 10 normal category. You would be better suited for a guild that runs that frequently. Thank-you for applying but good luck with the guild you find.

i gems weird cuz i'm poor and can't afford good gems... and i've been play my class since Pre BC and pull alot of dps for my gear... i hope if i can get in i could learn a thing or two i'm a quick learner

Well being poor is hard to say, due to you do have mostly epic gems in your gear, they are just the wrong gems. Also if your doing dailies each day you could get gold quick. You can pick up gem's from Honor / badges now, so its not hard to fix them, with in a few days.

But you say you pull a lot of dps for your gear.
With no log of your dps how can a guild tell?
If guild took everybody's words they pull good dps, well I'm going to guess you could see the problem there. Also " good " dps is varied from each person. Some raid leaders want 10k+ while others are happy with 6k.
As a arcane mage, its hard to tell with out a log of a raid, and you could pug a ICC to get a log.

Again, I'm not a officer. But as another dps that would be in raid with you, I'd at least like to see your gem's correct before anything. Barrow gave you a good site for you to look at gem's you need to pick up / chants.

Here's a helpful tip, I love to pvp/bgs/Wintergrasp. Takes me 2 hours just to get honor cap which I barely try to farm honor, just love pvping. I get honor capped and Buy 7 cardinal ruby's an sell them over AH For 700+g. Spend 24 hours. that's over a stack of gems. There's 2100g.
