What is your PvP experience (Highest Rank, etc.)? Knight in Vanilla, 2150 2v2, 61k Lifetimes... Nothing to be excited about.
What previous guilds have you been a part of? Why did you leave? What guild are you in right now? Cross-Server Applicants - What server are you from and why are you looking to transfer servers?
Server: Ursin - Saints of War My existence in this guild ranged for almost 25 Week of Full Clear MC, BWL, AQ 20, and partial AQ40 (Princess Huhu). As with everyone that has played MMO's, they must start somewhere. The Guild Leader known then as 'Sorren' was by far the most charismatic person I believe I've ever met. It didn't help that his overzealous attitude towards the rest of the server created a bad name for us, however it created an idol for which I could mold myself into a better leader. As a Main Raider, I chose to remain in the Guild for as long as possible. Eventually, the aspect of our 40 man raids diminished once the Honor Patch for GM Gear hit. This leaves a good point for which I can mention my next Guild.
Server: Ursin - Disciples of Death This was my highlight in Vanilla. The GM known then as 'Faithlezor' (I know him now as Frank) was another model for which I could mold myself into the leader I'd like to say I am now. I was given the opportunity of a life-time here, regardless of their non-existent progression in PvE (Also given the fact they were a PvP Guild). I make such a 'big deal' of it, because of the large amount of friends I still enjoy this game with came from here. Such friends include Hadassah / Sennyo, Steinbrenner, Avivah. Something I'd say, some people have never been able to experience. This Guild carried me into The Burning Crusade, at which point they transferred.
Server: Ursin - Another Late Night Here, was the first of few times I was elected as an Officer. The Guild rotated around a Rogue known then as 'Tekas'. Normally, I wouldn't point out much of a guild unless I knew something good was to come of it. Given that 70 was such a highlight for Theory-Crafting and Number Crunching, I would spend at least 2 hours a night researching new class mechanics... I'm sure I could go on into specifics of Old posts, but I won't. Going through the end-game content, the leadership of the guild came to the conclusion that the Officers were not on page with the rest of the Guild. Looking back, the overall maturity of the Guild was not developed enough to uphold much more progression. Being that I was younger in mind myself, I was not in a position to do much of the situation.
Here is my first Server Transfer. Being in contact with my friends from 'DoD', I was convinced the come to a server called Destromath.
Server: Destromath - Covent of Destruction While it was a major digress in my Raiding Experience (Going from attempts on Archimonde and RoS back down to A'lar / Kael and Lady Vashj) I found that they were an amazing group of individuals, of which I could relate to on a personal level. My ways of Theory-Crafting and Number Crunching continued, my DPS flourished farther than it ever had, and I enjoyed every moment I had raiding with them. Notable characters are GM, Trollsbane (Hunter), Pozo (Rogue - Officer), Jezykah (Warlock - Officer). My eventual leave from the Guild came along with my commitment to the Army Reserves.
Server: Bloodhoof - Edge of Insanity Joined these guys right out of my military contract. Not much to say here, other than my Raid Leader position didn't go very well. It's a long story I'd prefer to keep short, in light that I could have handled things much better than I did.
Other than your current raid spec, what other specs do you know how to play? PvE Envenom Mutilate - 51 / 18 / 2... I've handled this spec for a long time, and very familiar with the rotation. My gear is nearly the same from Combat to Mutilate, so I'd feel very comfortable playing it at request.
Will you respec if the guild asks you to? Absolutely
Do you have raiding experience with any other classes or specs?

Why do you want to join The Driven? As a rather generic response to this question, I've found that I am comfortable assuming leadership roles. However, it is by no means a requirement. I also have very good listening skills, and have no problems taking orders or constructive criticism.
With that said, I am a hard-working individual driven towards doing the best I can with what information I have at hand. I make sure to study class mechanics to their fullest potential, I know what it means to commit to doing my best, and I can prove such by reflecting that in the execution of said mechanics in end-game encounters. This gives me no excuses when it comes time to perform up to the expectations of any of the 24 other raiders striving to achieve the same goals. At the same time, I feel that this ties into raid synergy. The common goal is best set with others in mind. I believe that setting the optimistic emotional environment, and upholding said environment with 24 other like-minded individuals is the key to succeeding in end-game content. I know I am an ideal candidate for such a position, and would love to be apart of a Guild I KNOW shares such a personal philosophy.
I keep it a priority to remember: While no one person can carry a raid, one person can most definitely be the catalyst for an unsuccessful raid night.
