A standard "cookie cutter" disc spec. I've seen people not pick up desperate prayer, but I suppose they don't want a free instant heal if they're low health and need to move. I could possibly see people changing and picking specs around with holy (that would cater to more renew blanketing, etc.)

What is your availability? We raid Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 7:00 - 10:00 MST.
Schedule works for me. From June 29 - August 5th I will be about 5-10 minutes late on Mondays and Wednesdays as I'm taking a summer course. Usually the professor is good about letting us out a little early (I've had her before) but I want to let you know ahead of time if there might be a slight issue.

I have a Razer Baracuta Surround Sound Headset. I'm able to effectively communicate in vent (and take full advantage of it during trash)

- icc 25 hard modes (successful festergut, rotface, marrowgar, bql, gunship) Knowlege of all other hard modes aside from LK
What is your PvP experience (Highest Rank, etc.)?
I run WG maybe once a week. After that, I don't pvp on my priest. I like to pvp on my paladin as ret, and is horde side to grief people that I know on the server.
What previous guilds have you been a part of? Why did you leave? What guild are you in right now? Cross-Server Applicants - What server are you from and why are you looking to transfer servers?
I originally started on Magtheridon back in early 2007, raiding with some friends and eventually worked up to 70 and found a raiding home with several guilds. I originally started playing on this server during wrath because of my RL friend jadfv, whom some of you may know from combo breaker. He got me into rebirth and through building friendships and running 10 mans with them, I was able to get a raiding spot and further advanced through ulduar and into TOC. I had taken a hiatus for several months due to school and when I got back, rebirth had transferred off the server, and I went to scandalous as a casual. I was able to pug with their core and get knowledge of the 10 man fights and when I had sufficient gear they had no space for another disc priest (you can really only have 1) And that brought me to concept. A couple of people that I had raided with previously had formed a guild and given me the opportunity to run it with them. I had good times, and due to conflicts of interest with how some managers wanting to see the guild run certain ways, we decided it was best to set it down and part ways. I harbor no ill will for anyone that I was previously in a guild with, and look forward to seeing them all around on the server. The majority of them went to instability, but due to their raid times, I would be unable to meet the criteria of their idea of a raider (and my idea how how I should project myself in a raiding environment)
Other than your current raid spec, what other specs do you know how to play?
1. Shadow, but my gear isn't substantial enough to pull beast numbers, albeit having 4 piece t-10 I'm lacking trinkets (HUGE dps from that)
Will you respec if the guild asks you to?
Yes, but I give you fair warning. Until I am 100% confident with how I heal as holy, you will not see the numbers you see as disc.
Do you have raiding experience with any other classes or specs?
I can tank on a druid. he's got a 5800gs, and I've tanked 10 man icc (hard mode first wing, hard mode plague wing, hard mode blood wing, and I haven't done sindragosa but I have my frost resist gear) I killed the lich king too
Why do you want to join The Driven?
I told ashorty if I ever found myself without a guild he would be first on the list. I feel like I could bring my experience as a disc priest forward and get to understand myself better and raid with a new core of people and develop a better understanding of the game and mechanics.

I'm attending Boston College for an Undergrad Degree in History. After I am finished with my degree, I would like to further enhance my teaching ability by getting a degree in property law. I spend time with my friends and family and split my time between my house here in Boston, and down with relatives outside Tampa, FL.

I wasn't like every other kid, you know, who dreams about being an astronaut, I was always more interested in what bark was made out of on a tree. Richard Gere's a real hero of mine. Sting. Sting would be another person who's a hero. The music he's created over the years, I don't really listen to it, but the fact that he's making it, I respect that. I care desperately about what I do. Do I know what product I'm selling? No. Do I know what I'm doing today? No. But I'm here, and I'm gonna give it my best shot.
