What is your availability? We raid Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 7:00 - 10:00 MST. same days and times as regular raid times

List your computer specifications (CPU, RAM, Graphics Card) what is your average latency? 6 gigs of ram dont know the other stuff latency is usually around 100 and 60 fps

Ventrilo and Headset? Have you figured out “push to talk?” yes yes and yes

What is your raiding experience? know all fights in 10m been through plauge in 25

What is your PvP experience (Highest Rank, etc.)? i dont pvp much

What previous guilds have you been a part of? Why did you leave? What guild are you in right now? Cross-Server Applicants - What server are you from and why are you looking to transfer servers? new pantheon lots of drama last raid i was in ppl blew up at eachother i didn't like it

Other than your current raid spec, what other specs do you know how to play?

Why do you want to join The Driven? i was in a very well run 25m icc last week figured all the raids went that way

Anything else you'd like for us to consider? my gear might look a little goofy because of my teir gear pants came out of voa and they were boomkin shoulders are for healing because i healed more in my last guild so i figured id get my healing set i'll do whatever the driven needs

No nature's swiftness?

Also, if your balance spec is for PvE, I suggest the following changes

1/5 genisis since it is such terrible dps.
2/2 Nature's reach means farther casting range and less movement (which results in an increase in dps and less threat).
3/3 Imp Faerie Fire for the hit and crit. (hit is the number one stat a caster should shoot for first)
1/3 Owlkin Frenzy just b/c its +10% dmg
5/5 Furor b/c you get mana back (mana pool) and spell power based off of your intellect
0/2 Gale winds due to how poor our AoE actually is (aside from when starfall is up)
0/2 Nature's Focus since you shouldn't be taking push back anyways
