I am not following the traditional application process as I spoke to Ashorty and gave him much of my background. I am a recent transfer from Onyxia. Our server is dying and as a result it makes it extremely difficult to do anything. We are out numbered almost 9 to 1 against Horde and overall Alliance Population is 1K plus.
I am part of the core ICC raiding team in a guild Comitatus. Most of the core 10M team is made up of my family or close friends. Most of them plan on following me here once I have a new home to raid in. I have the following prospects that will most likely transfer with me:
Resto Druid (my wife) - 5370 GS
Protection Tank (my brother in law) - 5700 GS
Protection Tank (my brother in law alt) - 5200 GS
Holy Pally (my nephew) - 5300 plus GS
Arcane Mage - (my other brother in law) - 5499 GS
Blood DK (close family friend) - 5646 GS
Blood DK (close family friend) - 5500 plus GS
One of the Blood DKs is the core 10M raid leader and may be able to pull other members with us. We are all adults with families and work very well in raid together.

It's a new feature of the Invision Boards poll system. It came with the "manipulative internet dictator package" we ordered.
